Sales Director (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Humain is seeking a full-time Sales Director (Supply Chain & Logistics) to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the supply chain and logistics vertical sales function, focusing on commercializing advanced AI solutions to unlock exponential value across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain and logistics vertical sales function, consistently achieving sales quotas.
• Maintain direct ownership of the sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, forecast, and P&L performance.
• Originate, shape, and sell complex data, analytics, automation, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions for supply chain and logistics use cases.
• Lead vertical sales teams and matrix pursuit teams across business development, account sales, domain consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, product, engineering, and delivery.
• Engage C-suite buyers, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiate high-value commercial agreements, and close strategic deals.
• Manage partner-led pursuits and expand strategic accounts within the sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data or Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or AI solutions sales serving supply chain and logistics clients, including significant senior sales leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading a supply chain and logistics vertical sales function or comparable market-facing commercial function within a complex technology organization.
• Demonstrated sustained achievement of sales quotas and direct ownership of pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, forecast, and P&L performance.
• Experience originating, shaping, and selling complex data, analytics, automation, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions for supply chain and logistics use cases.
• Experience in a senior sales leadership role within an AI company, technology provider, enterprise software organization, digital consultancy, or systems integrator is preferred.
• Regional Experience: Regional enterprise-sales experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East, including established relationships with relevant supply chain, logistics, and operations decision-makers, is advantageous.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications such as ASCM/APICS CSCP or CLTD, CIPS, PMP, or recognized AI, analytics, or cloud certifications are preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes, operating models, performance drivers, and transformation priorities.
• Strong understanding of AI and digital technologies applicable to supply chain, including machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, optimization, digital twins, Internet of Things, computer vision, robotics, and intelligent automation.
• Expertise in enterprise and consultative solution selling, covering market segmentation, territory and account planning, demand generation, opportunity qualification, CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to translate client business problems into compelling value propositions, solution architectures, commercial proposals, delivery roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, integration, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, responsible AI, data privacy, and technology delivery governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and bid processes, manage commercial risk, and maintain momentum from initial engagement through contract signature and revenue realization.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic sales leadership and people-management capability, with a record of building high-performing, collaborative, client-focused, and target-driven teams.
