Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through exceptional customer engagement. Key duties include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored fashion advice.
• Promoting Biancanera Fashion Group products to build strong customer relationships and meet sales objectives.
• Maintaining store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Accurately processing transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
• Staying informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborating with team members to foster a positive and cohesive work atmosphere.

Experience and Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field. A foundational understanding of customer service principles and an interest in the fashion industry are beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive basic salary. In addition to the base salary, commission is structured as follows:

• Daily commission on sales.
• Monthly commission based on achieving sales targets.
