The Role

The Sales Specialist will be a results-driven individual responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves managing client relationships and achieving sales targets, contributing directly to the company's expansion by developing strategic partnerships and closing projects within the MEP industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP contracting market, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with estimation, engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients in alignment with company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of prospects, clients, and project updates.
