About the Role

Futurate is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security, preferably within enterprise or government environments. The Security Engineer will be instrumental in implementing, managing, and enhancing enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Implement and maintain Endpoint Security platforms, with a focus on Trellix/McAfee solutions.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and ensure endpoint compliance.
• Configure and administer Microsoft 365 Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender and associated security controls.
• Secure and manage Active Directory environments, including identity and access management controls.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, track remediation efforts, and perform ongoing vulnerability management.
• Monitor security events and provide support for Security Operations activities.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve the organization's security posture.
• Prepare technical reports, security assessments, and compliance documentation.

Required Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Experience with Trellix/McAfee Endpoint Security products.
• Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security and the Microsoft Defender suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Security and Identity Management.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management tools and remediation processes.
• Experience in Security Operations, monitoring, and incident response.
• Understanding of security best practices, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity and information security experience.
• Experience in enterprise or government environments is preferred.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Experience in security assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Government sector experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or Microsoft Security Certifications are advantageous.
• PAM vendor certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
