Role Overview: Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance Management

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant – Enterprise Performance Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the design and delivery of critical Enterprise Performance Management initiatives. Key areas include KPI frameworks, performance analytics, strategic initiative monitoring, executive reporting, and overall performance improvement. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and enhancement of Enterprise Performance Management frameworks.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of enterprise, group-level, and functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop KPI definitions, scorecards, governance frameworks, performance methodologies, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct performance analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, KPI deep dives, and comprehensive performance assessments.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations, and actionable performance insights.
• Support strategic initiative monitoring, milestone tracking, risk management, and value realization efforts.
• Analyze performance gaps, identify root causes, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of performance governance manuals, guidelines, and related documentation.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement across various business units.
• Deliver high-quality workstreams and support Managers in overall project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance, Strategy, Transformation, Performance Excellence, or Management Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in KPI development, performance reporting, analytics, forecasting, and benchmarking.
• Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, strategic initiative monitoring, and value realization.
• Experience developing performance frameworks, governance documentation, scorecards, or performance methodologies.
• Consulting, government, or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
• Exposure to EPM systems, digital transformation, automation, AI, or advanced analytics is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
