About the Opportunity

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Director Logistics to join its corporate leadership team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves a long-term secondment to support one of the Kingdom's significant confidential mega developments.

Role Context and Strategic Impact

The successful candidate will be an accomplished logistics professional responsible for developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies for large-scale construction programs across the GCC region. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a landmark project that will influence the future development of Saudi Arabia, operating within a high-performing corporate leadership framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of logistics operations for complex mega and giga projects.
• Oversee heavy transportation, materials management, and site access strategies.
• Coordinate logistics activities with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement robust supply chain solutions tailored for large-scale construction programs.

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience

• A minimum of 22 years of experience in construction logistics, supply chain management, and site logistics management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related discipline).
• Extensive experience in delivering mega and giga projects within the GCC, with a significant focus on Saudi Arabia.

Specialized Expertise

• Demonstrated background in leading logistics planning, heavy transportation, materials management, and site access for complex developments.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination for large-scale projects.
• Experience working with developers, Project Management Consultancies (PMC), or major contractors on significant infrastructure or mixed-use developments.

Leadership and Team Management

The role requires a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively and to engage with executive-level stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to navigate complex project environments.
