About the Role

Qiddiya, a destination situated approximately 45 kilometers from Riyadh, is developing into a global hub for entertainment, sports, and culture. As the organization continues its growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key positions within Qiddiya. This role involves leading a team of recruiters while also managing talent acquisition efforts for a specific division. The focus is on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's workforce planning needs and hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete recruitment process, from initial sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, while personally acting as the Talent Acquisition lead for a designated division.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning requirements and devise effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop robust pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time to fill and source effectiveness.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and hiring scenarios to ensure a smooth talent acquisition process for each department.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve team hiring targets, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance check-ins to ensure alignment with hiring goals and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and translate them into measurable recruitment plans.
  • Identify underperforming stages in the recruitment funnel and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  • At least 2 years in a recruitment leadership or team management role, with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing high-volume and/or multi-location hiring with tight deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within the GCC region, specifically in the Real Estate or Construction market.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. Qiddiya is a large-scale development project focused on entertainment, sports, and culture.
