About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Specialist Accounts Payable to join its finance department in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining efficient accounts payable operations, directly supporting the company's financial health. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments.

Role Overview

As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounts payable activities, including process auditing and ensuring strict compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Your contribution will be vital in driving continuous improvement within our financial operations and fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Review and approve vendor invoices, verifying compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Manage communications with vendors and internal departments to effectively resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintain accurate vendor information and records within the accounting system.
Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure adherence to internal controls.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities specific to accounts payable.
Prepare reports and analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
Stay informed on best practices and regulatory requirements pertinent to accounts payable management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in accounts payable, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial operations and compliance. The role requires a motivated individual with proven capabilities in leading processes and ensuring financial accuracy.
