About the Site Supervisor Role

Laverne Group is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee retail fit-out and interior construction projects. This full-time position requires a candidate who can ensure all on-site operations are executed with a high level of quality, precision, and adherence to project schedules. The role involves working across multiple cities in the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site supervision, monitoring contractor work step-by-step to ensure productivity and schedule adherence.
• Ensure precise execution of all structural and decorative works according to approved blueprints and designs.
• Verify the use of specified approved materials and prevent compromises on finishing quality.
• Perform initial site surveys and precise on-site measurements for new stores prior to the design phase, preparing accurate AutoCAD files.
• Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to move effectively between various project sites without compromising daily supervision quality.
• Readiness to travel and relocate between different cities across the Kingdom as project needs dictate.
• High attention to detail in inspecting the quality of premium materials and luxury finishes, including wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass, and LED systems.
• Professionalism and firmness when dealing with contractors, including documenting meeting minutes and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail fit-out and interior construction.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Mastery of AutoCAD is a mandatory requirement.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with work locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The role requires significant on-site presence and coordination across multiple projects.
