About the Specialist Games Role

Team Saudi is seeking a Specialist Games to provide essential administrative and logistical support for the organization's involvement in Paralympic and multi-sport events. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires 0-1 years of experience and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of team participation and athlete support.

Athlete Delegation Support

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of athlete selection criteria for Paralympic and multi-sport events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and international standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the athlete selection process through record maintenance and ensuring transparency.
• Communicating updates to National Federations, coaches, and stakeholders.
• Providing administrative support for monitoring athlete performance and well-being during events.
• Contributing to post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and documenting lessons learned for future improvements.

Logistics Oversight for Multi-Sports Events

The Specialist Games will assist in the comprehensive logistical planning and execution for Team Saudi's participation in events. This includes:

• Preparing detailed logistical plans covering travel, accommodation, meals, and equipment.
• Supporting the implementation of logistical strategies and managing daily operations during events.
• Managing logistics for arrangements outside organizing committee provisions, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Monitoring and escalating concerns regarding logistical arrangements to senior team members or organizing committees.
• Coordinating routine communications with service providers and stakeholders.
• Assisting in tracking and managing the event budget.
• Contributing to post-event evaluations by compiling feedback on logistics and identifying areas for improvement.
