About the Role

Tas'Helat Marketing Co. is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and managing projects to ensure successful completion within budget and timeline, aligning with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure assigned projects are completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures, and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs, and engineering documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure necessary reviews and approvals are obtained.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Assess team capabilities and provide guidance and development to improve performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including experience with Fuel stations projects.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills, with good knowledge of project management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize own time and workload effectively.
