About the Strategy Manager/Senior Manager Role

EY Saudi Arabia (Ernst & Young) is seeking experienced strategy professionals to join the EY-Parthenon Strategy team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and offers a competitive salary. The role involves leading high-impact consulting engagements within the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors, supporting major clients in the region and contributing to their strategic development.

Role Context and Responsibilities

EY-Parthenon Strategy focuses on big-picture strategy consulting, including corporate strategy, market entry, growth strategy, and greenfield projects. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, working directly with C-suite executives to address complex challenges. You will translate client needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables, leveraging deep sector expertise to help clients navigate industry dynamics. Your responsibilities will also include defining project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring execution aligns with EY-Parthenon's standards, leading and mentoring teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Proactive risk management and contribution to a culture of excellence are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities in Detail

• Lead strategic consulting engagements within the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Work directly with clients, including global corporates, governments, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds, to address strategic challenges.
• Translate client needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables.
• Leverage sector expertise to guide clients through industry-specific dynamics.
• Lead, develop, and mentor consulting teams.
• Maintain and foster strong client relationships.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or MBA from a top-ranking university or business school with outstanding academic records.
• 6–8+ years of experience in strategy consulting firms within the GCC/MENA region.
• Strong experience across Financial Services, including Banking, FinTech, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, and Private Equity.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering "Big Picture" strategy projects such as corporate strategy, growth, and market entry.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across MENA (approximately 25-70% of time).
