About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in human resources. The role involves supporting HR operations and employee relations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Supervisor will play a key role in various HR functions. This includes assisting in the monitoring and tracking of employee relations issues, ensuring their resolution and follow-up. The role also supports management and the leadership team in addressing and resolving Human Resources matters.

Employee Relations and Compliance

A significant aspect of this role involves overseeing hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards. The Supervisor will inform Human Resources management of any employee relations issues and respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines. Disseminating information on employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies is also a core duty.

Record Management and Administration

Maintaining accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms, is essential. The role also includes assisting with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Additionally, the Supervisor will handle phone calls and record messages.

Support for Management and Team

This position provides support to management in areas such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. The Supervisor is expected to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions. Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information is paramount. The role also involves developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.

General Duties

The Human Resources Supervisor will perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. This includes entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. The role may also involve physically moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Professional communication, including answering telephones with appropriate etiquette, is also a requirement.
