About the Role

Albaap (عالباب لإدارة المرافق) is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is designed to organize and coordinate support services across the organization, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The specialist will support operational activities by managing logistics, facilities, maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and other services essential for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of support services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, transportation, and hospitality.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with contracts and maintain the quality of services delivered.
Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance plans, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
Oversee transportation and vehicle operations, including scheduling, tracking, insurance, and maintenance.
Monitor inventories of operational supplies and equipment, and request necessary items.
Assist in preparing support services budgets and monitor related expenses.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across facilities.
Prepare periodic reports on service quality and submit them to management.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to support services.
Receive service-related reports and complaints, and work to resolve them promptly and effectively.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual with a foundational understanding of support service operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
