About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join its Human Capital team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and focuses on attracting and integrating new employees. The role involves managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Manage job postings, employer branding efforts, and talent pipelines.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification processes.
  • Prepare job offers, manage hiring approvals, and oversee the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Oversee the completion of onboarding documentation, orientation sessions, and workplace readiness activities.
  • Follow up with new employees during their probation period to support integration and engagement.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends, labor market developments, employment legislation, and HR best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and talent pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and probation management processes.
  • HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
