About the Opportunity

Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd is seeking a Tamheer Opportunity Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills within the sales field, specifically for candidates eligible for the Tamheer Program. The position is ideal for those with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to contribute to sales operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth daily operations and providing essential administrative assistance. This position offers a hands-on learning experience, focusing on the coordination of sales activities and direct support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage customer communications, sales orders, and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Monitor sales performance and support marketing campaigns with performance tracking.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of professional experience.
  • Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
