Alnafitha IT, a leading independent IT services and solutions provider in Saudi Arabia since 1993, is seeking a Technology Sales Professional specializing in Cloud & Digital Innovation. As a fully Saudi-owned company with over 30 years of experience, Alnafitha IT has grown into a market leader, delivering tailored IT solutions across domains including Microsoft, AWS, ManageEngine, and Zoho. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview and Objective

The Technology Sales Professional - Cloud & Digital Innovation will provide specialized pre-sales technical expertise to design and support Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Applications solutions for enterprise customers. This role is integral to the sales process, involving the identification of customer needs, development of tailored solution proposals, and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements for cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Deliver multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies, assisting businesses with cloud and data workload migration and optimization.
• Evaluate customer data landscapes and contribute to solution preparation.
• Translate client requirements into conceptual solution outlines using established frameworks.
• Participate in qualification meetings, providing technical input to align opportunities with available solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution briefs, and RFP responses in alignment with company standards.
• Support the creation of data flow diagrams, architecture visuals, and use case scenarios for proposals.
• Develop and deliver demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
• Set up sample environments to validate proposed solutions and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, and technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Cloud & Infrastructure and related fields.
• Contribute to the improvement of proposal templates, presentation materials, and internal pre-sales tools.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required, with a strong focus on technical pre-sales in Cloud & Infrastructure, and Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCDR).

• Experience with virtualization, Identity & Directory, Hybrid Cloud, Observability, VDI, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Active Directory, and BCDR solutions including VEEAM, Commvault, and RUBRIK.
• Understanding of Cloud Adoption Journeys, Assessments, Well-Architected Frameworks, and IT Operational Excellence.
• Proficiency in IT networking and a strong understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Linux infrastructure, including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, and security.
• Knowledge of virtualized technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Awareness of data security and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good organizational skills for independent time and deliverable management.
• A collaborative mindset with attention to process adherence and team coordination.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Preferred Certifications and Additional Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500).
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate, SysOps Administrator – Associate, Security – Specialty.
• Google Cloud Digital Leader, Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
• Experience across different industry sectors.
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MSSQL.
