About the Role

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Manager with expertise in 5G and GSM technologies to support a major international football event in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on the planning, deployment, and operational management of mobile network services for the event.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless and reliable operation of 5G and GSM networks across all tournament venues and stadiums. The Telecommunications Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the entire lifecycle of the network services, from initial planning and deployment through to live event support and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, deployment, and operational management of 5G and GSM networks within tournament venues and stadiums.
• Coordinate effectively with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee consistent network performance.
• Continuously monitor network health, capacity, and service quality throughout the duration of the tournament.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, rehearsals, and all activities related to operational readiness.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical standards, security protocols, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive the resolution of network issues and provide support for live event operations with minimal service disruption.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and conduct post-event analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing 5G and GSM network operations.
• A strong understanding of mobile network technologies, including RF planning, optimization, and telecom infrastructure.
• Previous experience working on large-scale events, stadiums, or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and telecommunications operators.
• Previous experience supporting international sporting events is considered an advantage.

This is a contract role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to supporting the specified sporting event.
