About the Role

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Workforce Management Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on optimizing the operations of third-party picker workforces to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party picker workforce operations, including sourcing, onboarding, coordinating interviews, and ensuring operational readiness for assigned stores.
• Monitor and improve in-store picker performance by tracking attendance, hygiene, and productivity, and coordinating training and feedback with partners.
• Analyze workforce and operational performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, address staffing gaps, and implement improvements.
• Manage vendor onboarding and partnership processes, including contract review and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee third-party partner performance, addressing operational issues and applying contractual penalties when necessary.
• Set performance objectives, provide support, and evaluate direct reports.
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the function.
• Provide clear directions, prioritize tasks, and monitor workflow.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Adhere to relevant policies and procedures for consistent work execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or Capacity Planning.
• Experience in contact center, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven exposure to forecasting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement).
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a relevant field is required.
