Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Coach assistants to promote effective selling behaviors and enhance customer engagement.
- Examine patients' eyes of all ages in accordance with local guidelines.
- Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
- Liaise with other medical practitioners as necessary.
- Meet sales targets for selling spectacles and contact lenses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience and possess an optical diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
