As a Marketing Specialist at Adecco Saudi Arabia, you will take the lead in implementing local marketing strategies that reflect our brand and engage effectively with our audience. This role ensures that our marketing initiatives align with both brand guidelines and local market preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee all Adecco Saudi Arabia social media platforms, ensuring compliance with brand standards and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Email Marketing: Develop weekly newsletters using marketing automation tools, managing and analyzing targeted client mailing lists.
- Content Development: Create and maintain marketing materials in both English and Arabic, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Website Localization: Collaborate on the translation and update of website content and layout, working with local agencies.
- Brand Governance: Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand identity, supporting sales efforts with tailored materials.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, using data to recommend strategies for optimization.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and social media management abilities.
- Proficiency in Marketing Cloud or similar automation tools.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
