About the Role

Tejoury is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate material receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking. The specialist will ensure all inventory movements are documented and recorded in company systems, maintaining precise records and assisting in report generation to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and timely enter data for receipts, dispatches, transfers, and returns into approved systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of entered data against original documents, invoices, and issuance/receipt permits.
  • Archive documents and records electronically and physically to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data and information, adhering to information security policies.
  • Monitor and correct data errors or inconsistencies, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Accurately record and store inventory transactions and warehouse records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Organize, store, and distribute materials, ensuring proper labeling, safe handling, and inventory monitoring.
  • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts, verify discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, inventory movement reports, and warehouse performance reports.
  • Review, verify, and update warehouse records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records, files, and documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate inventory and warehouse documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics services, or materials control.
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Extensive knowledge of inventory control procedures, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.
  • Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and prepare warehouse-related reports.

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
