This role is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. We utilize AI tools in our recruitment process to enhance efficiency while maintaining human judgment in final hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, focusing on indirect categories.
- Manage procurement processes from requirements gathering and market engagement to supplier selection and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
- Lead supplier onboarding initiatives and conduct internal training.
- Analyze spend and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/procurement systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end procurement experience.
- Experience in managing procurement across indirect categories.
- Track record of delivering savings through strategic sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP procurement tools.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
