We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team at Clean Life. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions including AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger updates.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare expense, revenue, and budget reports for management review.
- Support budgeting activities and monitor budget variances.
- Assist with internal and external audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and financial regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, payroll entries, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
