Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per the recipes and standards.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.
- Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all company and safety policies, reporting any issues to management.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Certification is not mandatory.
