Join Us as a Senior Business Analyst!
At TestCrew, we are at the forefront of Quality Engineering and Digital Assurance in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our team and contribute to impactful projects in the Capital Markets domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Capital Market initiatives.
Analyze and map processes across the trade life cycle, including settlements, clearing, and risk management.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements.
Prepare essential documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD).
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are thoroughly tested.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Provide expertise regarding Capital Market products and conduct workshops.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing best practices in business analysis.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of financial instruments and settlement systems.
Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Capital Market solutions such as Murex or Nasdaq.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building executive dashboards and reports.
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Experience in corporate, financial, or service-based environments is an advantage.

حول الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن محلل أعمال للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. سيتولى المرشح الناجح تحليل أداء الأسواق والأقسام والعمليات التجارية في المراعي لتقديم رؤى وتوصيات للتحسينات. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة:

تحليل مجموعة المراعي المرتبطة بالقناة والعميل.
إجراء تحليلات للمنافسين حول الحصة السوقية، والمحفظة، والمبيعات، وهوامش الربح.
تحسين طرق التوزيع وكفاءتها.
تصوير مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة من أجل اتخاذ قرارات أفضل.

المتطلبات:
يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي:

درجة الماجستير أو خبرة معادلة في العلوم أو الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في التقارير وتحليل البيانات، ويفضل في أسواق السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة.
مهارات متقدمة في Excel وPower BI وDAX.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات تحليلية ورقمية قوية، مع الانتباه للتفاصيل، ودافع لتحسين مستمر.
