Are you ready to lead the strategic direction and growth of our e-commerce marketplace? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee our team and ensure high performance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic direction and growth of the marketplace.
- Manage the team ensuring high performance.
- Analyze sales data and trends for data-driven decision making.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Oversee e-commerce operations and inventory management.
- Manage strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or marketplace operations, preferably within a retail or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience with online marketplace platforms (*, Amazon, eBay, Noon) and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies will be an advantage.
