In the role of Head of Public Relations, you will:
- Develop and execute public relations strategies that showcase the company's projects in the real estate sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with governmental agencies and ministries to facilitate business processes and approvals.
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications with government officials and agencies.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, utilizing insights to shape PR strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in PR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations or communications, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Strong network of contacts within government agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
