We are looking for a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to provide legal consultancy and ensure compliance with local regulations. In this role, you will support various departments by reviewing contracts and agreements, representing the company in legal matters, and advising on legal disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultations to management and various departments.
- Review and draft contracts and agreements of all types.
- Ensure the company's compliance with local laws and regulations (*, labor law and commercial regulations).
- Represent the company in legal matters or coordinate with law offices when needed.
- Study legal cases and disputes and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare legal memos and formal responses.
- Follow up on updates to laws and regulations and inform management.
- Evaluate legal risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Review internal policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle labor and contractual disputes.
- Maintain and organize legal documents confidentially and accurately.
- Provide legal support in new projects and deals.
