Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts related to day-to-day operations
- Provide legal advice and training to various brands and divisions
- Ensure compliance with local laws and manage contract management processes
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel
- Assist in risk management by conducting regular assessments
Professional Requirements:- Master’s degree in law and a valid lawyer’s license in Saudi Arabia
- 510 years of experience in a law firm with at least 3 years in the corporate sector
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Strong drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills
