Your Role
The Legal Advisor will independently handle complex legal issues and work closely with management and colleagues to support business objectives. Your expertise will guide solutions based on limited information and past experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general legal support to business and operations.
  • Offer legal advice on engagements and transactions with clients and third parties.
  • Support the implementation of policies and dissemination of regulatory information.
  • Assist in coordination of litigious matters.
  • Generate regular reports on legal issues.
  • Perform legal work as assigned by Senior Legal Advisor or Management.

Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Strong legal skillset with relevant experience in a similar organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial acumen with proficiency in legal solutions.
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations and manage complex tasks.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in specific legal disciplines are a plus.

Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing sound legal advice in a global organization is essential.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Law degree from a leading institution in KSA.
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience in an international law firm, particularly in real estate or construction, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication and team-oriented skills.
  • Strong commercial insight and judgment.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility.
