Key Responsibilities:
  • Display Design: Create and organize visual displays in stores, arranging products to maximize engagement.
  • Store Organization: Ensure store layouts are clear and accessible while implementing effective point-of-sale displays.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor display effectiveness through customer feedback and adjust displays as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand display requirements and coordinate with design to align displays with brand identity.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated on visual merchandising trends, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance store appeal.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
