Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, sales activities, and operational processes across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise branch operations to maintain consistency, efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set and monitor sales targets (KPIs) for branches and sales teams in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Analyze branch sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Track sector performance to ensure achievement of approved monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Lead sales and marketing activities by analyzing market trends and competitor performance, and proposing strategies to improve sales results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define objectives, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
- Represent the company at local and international exhibitions and events to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
