Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily performance of the sales team.
- Engage in field work with the team to ensure target achievement.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics.
- Enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- Train the team on effective selling techniques and closing deals.
Main Objectives:
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Improve conversion rate.
- Increase average ticket value.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance levels.
- Prepare regular performance reports with development recommendations.
- Support the team in closing key deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising B2C sales teams.
- Proven record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership and team motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail, Beauty, or F&B sectors.
- Clear achievements demonstrated by figures (Targets vs Achieved).
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Team sales target achievement.
- Conversion rate.
- Average ticket value.
- Deal closing rate.
