At Panda Retail Company, we are more than just a retailer; we are a trusted partner in daily life. We are looking for a dedicated Branch Supervisor to oversee our E-Commerce fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the duty schedule, ensuring timing and personal hygiene.
- Maximize the utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers while following pick-rate and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the store operations team for replenishment and product availability.
- Train the team to adhere to procedures effectively.
- Deliver on daily targets and KPIs.
- Ensure availability of essential assets and consumables (bags, boxes, picking devices, etc.).
- Communicate with the area operations lead regarding daily operations and needs.
- Engage with the service desk for any operational escalations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; college education is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading a team of more than 10 employees.
Skills Required:
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
