We are seeking a creative and visionary individual to lead our visual communications initiatives. This dynamic role involves conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing compelling content across various digital, print, and motion platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative vision for marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, videos, and animations.
- Translate marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop innovative concepts.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while providing feedback.
- Oversee the production of video content and motion graphics.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends to push creative boundaries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and animation projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong creative thinking abilities.
