We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our IDI Department in Riyadh. As a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification, Bureau Veritas is committed to quality, health and safety, and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Properly manage project documents and ensure effective communication with team members.
  • Coordinate with project team members and maintain IDI logs and trackers.
  • Assist clients through various communication channels including phone and email.
  • Schedule daily inspection appointments and support in invoice preparations.
  • Comply with HSSE policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum BA degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent project coordination and data management skills.
