Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Assist Design Managers with administrative tasks, documentation control, and internal reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor resource allocation and project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and status reports.
• Support preparation of presentations, project dashboards, and client submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably within a consultancy or design environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools (*, MS Project, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Middle East and familiarity with regional project delivery standards is preferable.

In this exciting role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion including Software Delivery and Services.
• Support senior project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and risk logs.
• Identify potential project risks and work on mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Ensure projects align with company objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
