Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date project documentation and tracking logs.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and prepare concise follow-up notes.
• Track project performance using reporting tools and escalate risks when needed.
• Follow up with internal and external contributors to close pending actions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
• Support adherence to project processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• CAPM certification or project management training.
• 12 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with basic project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

• Understanding of project lifecycle stages and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts.

Role Overview:
You will work closely with project managers, helping bridge communication between clients and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring project outcomes are valuable to clients. You’ll also focus on building long-term partnerships and identifying areas for enhancement beyond the project scope.
