Insight360 is a forward-thinking consultancy specializing in AI and data analytics. We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in delivering data-centric projects, including AI and data analytics initiatives.

Role Overview:
You will work closely with project managers, helping bridge communication between clients and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring project outcomes are valuable to clients. You’ll also focus on building long-term partnerships and identifying areas for enhancement beyond the project scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead full-cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Apply best practices and project management frameworks.
  • Act as a Client Success Coordinator to ensure value realization.
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical teams.
  • Report progress and risks regularly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in coordinating data-related or software consulting projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

Good to Have:
  • Experience with government or corporate clients in the Gulf region.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

  • تحديد أي مخاطر أو مشكلات محتملة تؤثر على مواعيد المشروع والمساعدة في تنفيذ الحلول.
  • دعم مدير المشروع في مختلف المهام الإدارية المتعلقة بإدارة المشروع.

المتطلبات:
  • درجة بكاليوس في إدارة المشاريع، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • من 23 سنوات من الخبرة في تنسيق المشاريع أو أدوار مماثلة.
  • مهارات تنظيم قوية مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت.
  • خبرة في مطابقة مزودي الخدمة.
  • مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
  • إجادة برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
