Join ALMUTAWA SONS GROUP as a Recruitment Specialist!We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to help us attract and hire the best talents in accordance with Saudi Labor Law Regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in recruitment and HR functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Ensure knowledge of Saudi Labor Law Regulations.
- Recruit Saudi nationals based on departmental requests.
- Recruit foreigners: local (sponsorship transfer) or external (new visa).
- Search for suitable CVs for the required position and forward them to the relevant department for review.
- Communicate with international agencies to obtain CVs that meet the job requirements.
- Review suitable CVs and send them to the concerned department for assessment.
- Schedule interviews between the department and candidates.
- Enter selected candidate information into the company’s system and send for review and approval.
- Prepare job offer letters for selected candidates (Saudi/Foreign).
- Authorize new visas via the Enjaz platform and register them in the company’s system.
- Prepare agency-related correspondence if required.
- Follow up with the agency on foreign employee procedures until arrival in the Kingdom.
- Prepare employment contracts for new employees.
- Issue official ID cards for new employees and send welcome emails to all staff.
- Follow up on recruitment process progress with HR staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor degree in any field.
- 5 Years' Experience in GCC.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent computer and time management skills.
