Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end PAF lifecycle, ensuring timely progression and submission.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to verify organisational charts and client approvals.
- Partner with hiring managers and mobilisation teams to meet submission deadlines.
- Maintain accurate master trackers with status updates and approvals.
- Collate essential documentation including CVs, job descriptions and interview records.
- Support weekly and ad-hoc meetings on PAF activity and progress.
- Administer EDMS platforms such as Aconex and SharePoint.
- Coordinate document workflows and ensure compliance with naming conventions and distribution protocols.
- Actively contribute to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification.
- Project coordination experience in construction or infrastructure programmes.
- Skilled in document control systems and MS Office tools.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high valued projects/programmes.
