We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Recreation professionals eager to advance their careers in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or university degree in recreation or a related field, with prior experience in the hotel industry. Candidates must be professional swimmers, physically fit, and capable of working long hours outdoors. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are a definite advantage.
Personal Attributes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers.
- Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas.
- Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
- Maintain order in swimming areas.
- Determine the chlorine content and PH value of water using testing kits.
- Conduct swimming meets and provide swimming instructions.
- Ensure cleanliness of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
- Regularly check and maintain pool equipment and facilities.
- Provide emergency care and treatment until medical services arrive.
- Possess full knowledge of club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
