About the Role

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an F-15SA Modifications Mechanic specializing in electrical systems. This is a full-time, long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of experience, with an annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $92,000. Relocation and assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform modification tasks on F-15SA electrical systems in accordance with the statement of work, utilizing aircraft technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints, and other authorized publications.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical and avionics systems, wiring harnesses, circuit protection, sensors, and interfaces. Use appropriate test equipment and procedures to validate work and system functionality.
• Interpret technical documentation, including drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical orders, to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex system faults and restore equipment condition and operation.
• Coordinate with maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence and prioritize work, ensuring tooling, materials, and test equipment are available for scheduled and emergent tasks.
• Conduct operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections to verify airworthiness and conformity to modification and safety standards.
• Adhere to Boeing standards, applicable regulatory requirements, Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety Management System (SMS) processes. Participate in audits and contribute to corrective actions as required.
• Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports, and discrepancy documentation in line with program, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives to improve throughput and quality, and participate in or support training initiatives.
• Support a flexible work environment, including overtime as required, to meet program timelines and execution demands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical modification or maintenance.
• Ability to obtain a work visa, depending on country requirements.
• Ability to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
• Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
• Offer is contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit for Saudi Arabia. These contingencies also apply to any family members relocating with the candidate.

Work Environment

This position is 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines. Flexibility in start date and working hours may be required to meet operational demands.
