Role Summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bell/Luggage Attendant for Raffles The Red Sea, located in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to providing a welcoming and efficient experience for guests, from their arrival to their departure. The role focuses on direct guest interaction, meticulous luggage management, and supporting seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests at the entrance within seconds of arrival, using their names and titles whenever possible.
• Assist guests with opening car doors and safely unloading or loading luggage.
• Ensure the safe keeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage through accurate tagging and organized storage.
• Organize the luggage room into Arrival, Departure, and Long-Term sections, and maintain a clear logbook for all luggage movements.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a professional orientation, explaining room features such as light switches, Wi-Fi, and amenities.
• Maintain a constant presence in the lobby to offer assistance and share knowledge about the hotel's heritage, local attractions, and facilities.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
• Deliver messages, newspapers, and parcels promptly to guest rooms.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Bell/Luggage Attendant position are expected to meet the following criteria:

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

Physical Demands

The responsibilities of this role require the ability to meet specific physical demands, including:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent lifting or pushing/pulling of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
