Join Land Hotels Group as a Barista!
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Barista to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that offers you the chance to showcase your coffee expertise and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace.
  • Interact with customers and take orders.
  • Handle payments efficiently.
  • Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications:
  • Barista and food preparation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with basic Arabic knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be a resident of KSA with a valid residency and health card.

Welcome to Plaza Premium Group, where we are passionate about 'Making Travel Better'. As a Barista at our Red Sea International location in Umluj, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the travel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, prepare, mix drinks, and serve beverages to guests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment of the Tea House, Aero Bar, and Café.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain inventory records and accurate cash flow receipts.
  • Complete any other reasonable requests from the manager in charge.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within hotel or catering industries, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong accountability and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, and knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts as required.
