At Hilton, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests and members. As a Security Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Jizan, you will play a vital role in ensuring a secure environment in compliance with local safety regulations and emergency procedures.

What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing and coordinating security personnel activities.
• Maintaining good communication with hotel staff and guests.
• Coordinating with government and law enforcement agencies.
• Organizing patrols of the property to ensure safety.
• Assisting in compliance with local fire safety regulations.
• Preparing incident reports and overseeing key control management.
• Planning and delivering staff awareness training related to security.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Security industry experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, First Aid certification, and IT proficiency will be advantageous.
