Are you a leader with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships? Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO), a market leader in the GCC milk market, is seeking a knowledgeable and versatile Sales Supervisor to manage a team of salesmen and ensure efficient sales and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Assist in setting targets and motivate the sales staff to meet sales targets.
• Market Insights: Gather information on sales channels and competitor activities to share with management.
• Replenishment Management: Oversee the Replenishment program, ensuring optimal product availability.
• Key Accounts Management: Maintain relationships with Modern Trade and Wholesale customers.
• Journey Planning: Optimize daily routes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Control: Monitor product shelf life and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and establish sales to new clients.
• Credit Management: Implement credit policies and manage receivables.
• Team Development: Train new recruits and enhance the skills of current staff.
• Administration: Ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma; vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred.
• 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and people management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Minimum age of 22 years and physically fit.
