About the Accountant Role

YourClinic is seeking a full-time Accountant to join its team. This on-site position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region. The Accountant will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, including:

• Recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers.
• Preparing comprehensive financial statements.
• Monitoring accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Performing bank statement reconciliations.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies.
• Preparing financial reports for management review.
• Collaborating with clinic and administrative teams to provide accurate financial data that supports decision-making and efficient clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional certification (*, CPA or regional equivalent) is considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• The ability to work on-site in Jeddah and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or clinic operations is considered a plus.
