The Architectural Fit Out Engineer Role

International Window Company is seeking an Architectural Fit Out Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with work primarily based in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing architectural fit-out works from design coordination through execution. The role ensures alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance.
Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases.
Managing site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Resolving technical issues related to interior finishes and fit-out details.
Monitoring progress against project plans to maintain schedules.
Supporting cost and time control efforts for fit-out projects.
Ensuring adherence to safe construction practices on site.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, aesthetically aligned, and sustainable fit-out solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural fit-out engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from design coordination to execution.
Strong understanding of project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The role offers professionals the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to sustainable development within the region.
